Sailing Yacht Heritage Is Now For Sale

The 45.3 meter sailing yacht Heritage has changed the central agencies and now Francesco Vitale has listed it for sale at Nauta Yachts.

This yacht was launched in the year 2006 by Perini Navi, the Italian yard. It was built to ABS standards. The hull of the yacht was made up of steel hull and it has the aluminum superstructure. The yacht and has been well maintained by its original owner from the time it was purchased. The naval architecture of the yacht is courtesy of Ron Holland, on the other hand, the exterior and interior styling was of it has been created by the in-house teams of Perini Navi.

As far as the accommodation is a concern, this yacht has a good accommodation capacity. The yacht can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The rooms are split across five staterooms. There is one master suite, two twin cabins and a double cabin. The twin cabin again comes with Pullmans that gives the total interior volume of 309GT. The crew quarters in the yacht allows staff of six people.

The main saloon of yacht feature is it has a large dining area. The deck layout is spacious and uncluttered and it incorporates seating areas for three people. The deck has a bar as well as a beach club. Other features of the yacht are fore-deck seating area and the ample storage space for a Castoldi jet.

Heritage yacht offers exhilarating sailing performance when it is out on the open water. There is auxiliary power present that comes from a single Caterpillar C32 diesel engine that offer the top speed of 14 knots. And when it is trimmed back to the cruising speed of ten knots, the boast achieves the maximum speed range of 3,200 nautical miles.
